How long will our wedding film be?

Our signature wedding films are generally five to eight minutes long, depending on the package selected and the events captured throughout the day. Each film is thoughtfully edited to highlight the moments that best tell your story.

Longer ceremony, speech, or documentary-style edits may be available depending on your package or as an additional service.

Do you offer engagement sessions or couple interviews?

Yes, engagement sessions and love-story interviews may be added based on availability. These sessions give us another opportunity to capture your connection and can also provide meaningful footage or photographs to complement your wedding-day story.

What is your payment and deposit policy?

Clients with a monthly retainer or recurring agreement are invoiced on the first of each month, with payment submitted through the method outlined in their contract.

For one-time productions, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your production date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before production begins.

Production dates are not officially secured until the signed agreement and initial payment have been received.

Who chooses the music for our film?

During the creative process, we’ll discuss the tone, emotion, and overall atmosphere you envision. You’re welcome to share songs, videos, or other references that represent your desired style.

Our team will then curate professionally licensed music options that complement your story and allow your film to be shared online in accordance with applicable licensing terms.

If you request a commercially released or copyrighted song, please understand that social-media and streaming platforms may mute, block, restrict, or place a copyright claim on the video. TXV Studios cannot guarantee public sharing rights for music that has not been professionally licensed for your film.

Do you offer drone coverage?

Yes! Drone coverage may be included or added to select packages when permitted by the venue, location, weather conditions, airspace regulations, and the availability of a licensed drone operator. Because these factors can change, specific drone shots cannot be guaranteed.

Do you travel?

Yes! TXV Studios is available for weddings throughout North Carolina and beyond. Travel, lodging, parking, permit, or transportation fees may apply depending on the location and production requirements. Any applicable costs will be discussed before your agreement is finalized.

Do you offer other creative services?

TXV Studios offers photography for select projects, including:

• Weddings and special events

• Professional headshots

• Graduation sessions

• Personal and business branding

• Behind-the-scenes and campaign photography

Photography availability and deliverables vary by project and will be confirmed during your consultation.
